Tim Howe, CPA | Managing Director
Tim Howe is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA – Australia) and a seasoned business leader with extensive international experience across Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Kuwait, Zambia, and the UK.
He brings over two decades of expertise in accounting, audit, and financial management, complemented by a strong academic background — having tutored MBA courses at the University of Wollongong (Australia), Paisley (UK), and Michigan (USA).
At AGCMSI, Tim leads with a focus on innovation, integrity, and client success, ensuring the firm’s continued growth and adherence to the highest global standards.
Victor Noronha | Executive Director
A founding member of AGCMSI, Victor Noronha has more than 42 years of audit and accounting experience.
His career began in 1978 with Shair & Co, UAE, before joining Al Ghaith & Co in 1982.
Victor’s expertise spans audit, advisory, and financial consulting — having served as a financial advisor to respected Emirati business groups and international brands including The Body Shop and Spearhead Training.
Victor’s leadership and client-first approach have been instrumental in establishing AGCMSI’s reputation as one of the UAE’s most trusted audit firms.
Ali El Tahir, CPA | Audit Principal
Ali El Tahir is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 24 years of professional experience in the UAE and USA.
As a UAE Ministry of Economy Registered Auditor and Registered Tax Agent, he brings deep regulatory expertise to every engagement.

Anith Ahamed | Tax Consultant
A Chartered Accountant (CA) and recognized UAE VAT faculty member with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Anith Ahamed has over a decade of experience in taxation and financial consultancy across the UAE and India.
He specializes in corporate tax, VAT, IFRS, and transfer pricing, and holds a Diploma in UAE VAT (PwC) and DIP in IFRS (ACCA).
